The WINFra.STEP Training Program is an experiential learning initiative that integrates
the
knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skill development
in a professional environment. This training provides students and professionals with the
opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and build professional connections in the
structural engineering field.
India produces one of the largest numbers of structural engineers in the world. However,
employability remains a concern at both national and international levels. A significant gap
exists between academic learning and industry expectations. Bridging this “skill gap” has
been a
major challenge.
Through innovatively designed training programs,WINFra.STEP aims to identify and bridge
this
gap by providing practical exposure and industry-oriented learning for both students and working
professionals
In WINFra.STEP Training Program (WTP), each trainee will be assigned a senior structural
engineer from WINFra.STEP as their trainer. Our trainers are industry experts with extensive
practical experience across multiple sectors of structural engineering. Participants will have
the opportunity to learn directly from them and work on real engineering projects during the
training program.
Ours is a team of professional structural engineers and draftsmen, well-versed in the latest
national and international design codes and standards, specializing in providing quality
structural engineering solutions to the growing construction industry.

Career Opportunities
Upon successful completion of the program, trainees may receive career guidance and placement support based on their performance. Opportunities may be available at WINFra Technical Consultants or with companies collaborating with us for recruitment. However, participation in the training program does not guarantee employment. The primary objective of the program is to develop industry-relevant and employable skills.
Performance-Based Junior Structural Engineer Opportunity
After the successful completion of the 6-month training program, selected candidates will have the
opportunity to work on live projects as a Junior Structural Engineer for an additional 6 months,
with a
stipend of up to ₹21,000 per month.
Selection will be based on a written test and interview conducted at the end of the training program.
Candidates who successfully complete one year at WINFra.STEP will be awarded an Experience
Certificate.
